Getting started

What is PillarFlow and who is it for?+
PillarFlow turns saved Reels and TikToks into ready-to-post dual scripts (Instagram + TikTok), rewritten in yourvoice with your products woven in. It's for content creators who want to stop staring at saved inspo and start posting their version of it. Drop a URL, get back a script that sounds like you.
How do I get started?+
Sign up (you start with 20 free credits, no card), then fill out your Voice Profile. Once your profile is set, paste a Reel or TikTok URL and click Analyze. Takes 60-90 seconds for the first inspo.
Can I try it for free?+
Yes — every new account starts with 20 free credits, no card required. When you're ready for a monthly allowance, the lowest paid plan is Starter at $14.99/month, and you can cancel any time.
How do I install PillarFlow on my phone?+
See the install guide for iOS, Android, and desktop instructions.

Credits and billing

How do credits work?+
Each inspo you analyze costs 4 credits: 1 for pillar detection, 1 for AI analysis, 2 for dual script generation. Your subscription includes a monthly credit allowance (Starter: 100, Pro: 300, Studio: 800). You can also buy one-time top-off packs (50, 150, or 400 credits) that never expire.
What happens to unused credits at month-end?+
One-time top-off credits never expire. Your plan's monthly allowance is granted at each renewal.
What if a script comes out wrong?+
Credits are deducted only on successful AI calls. If something fails before the AI completes, you aren't charged. If the output isn't what you wanted stylistically, edit it manually — the scripts are yours.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Email stacy@stacysdigitalplayground.com and we'll cancel from our side. (A self-service Customer Portal link is coming soon.) Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access through the end of the current billing period and keep any unused credits until they're spent.
Do you offer refunds?+
No. All charges are final. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals. See the Terms of Service for details.

Privacy and data

How is my data stored, and is it private?+
Your data lives in our own private Supabase database. We don't sell your data, show ads, or train AI models on your content. We do share data with sub-processors (Anthropic, OpenAI, Apify, Stripe, etc.) only as needed to operate the service. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
Do you scrape Instagram or TikTok with my account credentials?+
No. We never ask for your Instagram or TikTok login. PillarFlow only processes publicly accessiblepost URLs you paste. Private accounts and unlisted posts can't be scraped.

Troubleshooting

Why does my inspo import keep failing?+
Instagram and TikTok occasionally rate-limit scrapers. If a specific URL fails repeatedly, wait 5-10 minutes and retry — that usually clears it. If multiple different URLs fail, try a public Reel from a popular account to test your pipeline.
Does this work on mobile?+
Yes. PillarFlow is responsive on mobile browsers and can also be installed as a PWA — see the install guide.
What browsers are supported?+
Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge on desktop and mobile. iOS Safari is required to install as a home-screen app on iPhone.
Who do I contact for help?+
Stacy directly: stacy@stacysdigitalplayground.com. Bug reports, feature ideas, billing questions — I read every message.
