Terms of Service

What you get

PillarFlow analyzes public Reels and TikToks you paste, classifies them by your content pillars, and generates dual scripts (Instagram + TikTok) in your voice with your products woven in. Use of the service is metered by credits, which are included with your subscription tier.

Billing and cancellation

• Subscriptions are monthly and auto-renew until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime from your Account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals — your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds. Charges already made are non-refundable. We don't pro-rate partial months. If you cancel, you keep the credits already in your account until they're spent or your access window ends.
• If you dispute a legitimate charge with your card issuer (chargeback), we reserve the right to suspend the account.

What you can and can't do

• You can only import URLs from public posts. Scraping private accounts via PillarFlow violates these terms.
• You're responsible for the content you publish using PillarFlow-generated scripts. Do not infringe copyright, harass, or misrepresent — your posts are yours.
• Don't abuse the service: no automated scraping at scale, no reselling, no using the AI output as your own commercial product without modification.
• Don't share your account credentials. One person per subscription.

Intellectual property

PillarFlow (the product, code, branding) is owned by Reel Influence Media, LLC. The scripts and content the AI generates for you are yours to use, edit, and publish under your name.

The source inspo you import remains the property of its original creator. PillarFlow extracts the structural pattern (hook formula, pacing) and rewrites it in your voice — it doesn't copy the source verbatim. You're responsible for ensuring your published version is sufficiently transformative under fair-use doctrine.

AI-generated content disclaimer

PillarFlow uses third-party AI models (Claude, Whisper). Generated scripts are best-effort and may contain errors, awkward phrasing, or factual issues. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome from using the service. Always review AI output before publishing.

Service availability

We do our best to keep PillarFlow running, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. Scraping of Instagram and TikTok depends on third-party services (Apify) which may break or be rate-limited; transcription depends on OpenAI; AI generation depends on Anthropic. If those services are down, PillarFlow may be partially or fully degraded. Credit deductions only happen on successful API calls.

Limitation of liability

PillarFlow is provided “as is”. Reel Influence Media, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the trailing 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
