Privacy Policy

PillarFlow is a product of Reel Influence Media, LLC (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

What we collect

  • Account info: email address, password (hashed, never stored in plaintext).
  • Voice Profile: the niche, target audience, products, voice description, and signature phrases you enter to personalize generated content.
  • Inspo content: URLs you paste, post captions and audio transcripts we scrape, AI-generated scripts.
  • Billing info: processed by Stripe; we store your Stripe customer ID and subscription tier but not your card details.
  • Usage data: when you imported inspo, how many credits you have, content scheduling.

Sub-processors we share data with

We use the following third-party services to operate PillarFlow. Each receives only the minimum data needed to do its job.

  • Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication.
  • Vercel — hosts the application.
  • Stripe — processes payments and stores card details.
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — generates pillar classifications, content analyses, and scripts based on the inspo and Voice Profile you provide.
  • OpenAI (Whisper API) — transcribes audio from public Reels/TikToks you import.
  • Apify — scrapes publicly available Instagram and TikTok post data (caption, video URL, hashtags) from URLs you provide.
  • Resend — sends transactional email (verification, password reset, welcome).
  • Sentry — error monitoring. Receives error stack traces and request URLs. No form values, no passwords.
  • PostHog — product analytics. Receives pageviews, user ID, email, and major actions (signed up, logged in, inspo imported, script generated). Session replay is disabled.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not show ads.
  • We do not train AI models on your inspo, Voice Profile, or generated scripts. The data passes through Claude / OpenAI / Apify only to fulfill your request.
  • We do not access third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok) on your behalf using your credentials. We only scrape publicly available post URLs you paste.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from the Account settings page (when available) or by emailing stacy@stacysdigitalplayground.com. Account deletion removes your user record, accounts, pillars, inspo, scripts, and content cards from our database. Stripe retains billing records for tax/legal compliance.
